Windsor Sequence Mini Dress

Privy brand sold at Windsor Stores. This comes from my closet but it is NWOT. I never wore and you can actually see the plastic piece from the tag still hanging on the tag. Bought for an event and ended up wearing something else but tags were pulled so I couldn’t return. Definitely a mini dress! Waist measures (top of skirt from the back) 13in Hips measures 17in Top of dress to bottom measures 26.5in
