Windsor Royal Blue Bodycon Crisscross Back Size S

I love this color! The blue is gorgeous. The back is what makes this dress so special. The criss cross design is so flattering! Some stretch. Pull on design. Tiny snag on front bottom of dress that is barely noticeable. There is no inside size tag, but this is a small. I bought it myself from Windsor! Worn once for dinner.
