Windsor NWOT teal one sleeve Mini dress

this is a beautiful piece from Windsor it is a teal color one sleeve with ruching on the side flattering the figure has a small slit on the thigh area. this dress has never been worn, my daughter pulled the tag off when trying it on but ended up wearing another dress. this dress would be perfect for a dance, party, that special date or even the club get it before it's gone!
