Windsor High-Low style skater dress

Comes in a pale blue color. The back has the lace with zipper on top as well as the open section towards the lower-back. The style comes up about mid-thigh in front and back of the knee on the back. Shoulder straps are not adjustable. Has only been worn once, in new condition. Size Women’s medium/6. Willing to negotiate prices :)
