Windsor Emerald Green Velvet One Shoulder Sweetheart Formal Dress, Size: Small Gorgeous winter formal dress! The color is a deep emerald green and the fabric is a soft velvet. I would say the dress has a small amount of stretch to it! It is more fitted through the waist, a true mermaid-style bodice. The sweetheart neckline has some boning to it, so it stays up nicely. The one shoulder is such a chic touch! There is no zipper on this dress, but as aforementioned, it does have some stretch. Worn once for a holiday party. Basically new condition. No flaws.
