Windsor Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @nicolelynn43. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. worn once for homecoming very stretchy and can be worn on different heights and weights too super flattering, and not itchy at all dark teal/ blue with sparkles and looks great in the sunlight too
