Windsor Cream Floral Appliqué Dress Puff Sleeve

Only worn once for pictures! Still has tag. I’m 5’7” and 125lbs in the photo. Waist 28”. Fit well but the chest section was a tad loose on me and I’m a 36A/B. Would be great for someone with a little more chest or if you want to tighted the chest/pin it! Perfect quality.
