Windsor Blue/White Striped Sweater Shirt

This is a MUST have!! It’s so cute with jeans and super stylish the way falls at different lengths at each end. This sweater shirt was preloved and has some wear at the bottom and one tiny snag, but it’s not noticeable while wearing. The sleeves go right above the elbows. Make me an offer!! :)
