Windsor Black and Ivory Floral Strapless Party Dress

This strapless party dress is so pretty. The top is a black pleated strapless satin with an ivory skirt with gorgeous pinks and wine colored flowers and diamond shapes. Top is slightly padded. Zips up the back and had a hook and eye closure. Dress is lined and has some tulle underneath to give it some volume.
