Windsor Black Cross Front Skirt

This skirt is undeniably cute and a great piece for dressing up or down. It is made of a soft, stretchy material and has a zipper on the back. It’s also thick so it would be great for winter with some over the knee boots :) in a size small, perfect condition. Washed before sold.
