Window Valance Scroll Blue Design

JC Penny Home Valance for windows or anywhere else you can find to place it. Has hole for curtain hook. Brand new never used this isn’t really my style but would rather offer to someone then throw out. No damage. I attempted to measure but it was very long so this was done with measuring tape for clothing and it came out to be about 83” long probably closer to 80”.
