Windmill kids party dress, Fourth of July, barbecue, seersucker fabric with embroidered lobsters on chest with pin-tucking. button up back with large bow tie closure. This item has only been worn a couple times as you can see the label has faded. My daughter wore it a couple times while she was a size 6 and 7.
