This is a V-Neck suede halter top from Wilsons Leathers, from their (Trendy) Maxima Line. It has a nylon inner lining, and has two snaps at the neck to adjust the fit. You zipper this in the front of you, slide it around to the back, then snap at the back of your neck. The lower back is a soft stretchy material, 90% cotton and 10% spandex, and black in color. This halter does not have tags and only has been gently worn as a dress accessory under a pant suit jacket. Unsnapped, it measures 19" from the top to the bottom. When I wore this I was about 128-130 lbs. max, in good shape, and 5'4" in height. I hope this helps.
