Willoughby by Watters Liberty Dress

Strapless wedding dress from Willoughby by Watters worn for my wedding on January 20th. Was altered to fix me as a size 0. I am also 5’3, 119 lbs and a 32DD up top. I wore 2 inch heels with this dress. Bottom is clearly cut for my height. Sold as is, no refunds. Bottom has some dirt from dancing, but If you dry clean should come out. I am open to negotiation, possibly trade! Sorry but shipping a wedding dress is a lot of money so can’t afford to mess with returns. Again, NO RETURNS!
