beachhousefinds @astriddobek Hello, the bedding is brand new and unused. I ordered it for a bedroom in my home, but went in another direction with the decor. The stain is a very tiny spot of dirt. It looks like it could easily be spot cleaned. I can try to spot clean it if you would like me to. Otherwise, it's in like-new condition! Thanks, Jen
