The bowls are a traditional Japanese pottery-style stoneware with a rustic looking charcoal/brown exterior and a light green crackle-glazed interior. Each bowl has a chopstick rest for the polished wood chopsticks. The generous sized bowls hold approximately 4-6 cups. Both the bowls and chopsticks are in excellent, never used condition!
