William Morris Wall Tapestry

A wall hanging tapestry Les Oiseaux is based on a design by William Morris (1834-1896), the famous English artist. He was instrumental in the revival of the decorative arts at the end of the 19th century. The style he created is very popular, even today. This tapestry is fully lined and has a pocket for a hanging rod (not included). Cotton and rayon. The image is woven (not screen printed) into the tapestry. In excellent used condition.
