Not sure how to describe the style of the short sleeves but they are very unique and pretty as well as flattering. 100% Cotton. Size small fabric that has some stretchiness. Measurements of garment lying flat: approximately 16” across waist; approximately 18” from armpit to armpit; approximately 22 1/2” from shoulder to hem. Excellent preloved condition.
