GUC Wilfred blouse! Off the shoulder with elastic detailing along neckline. Classic color and stripe pattern, is 100% cotton, and is slightly cropped making it perfect for the spring or summer with high waisted shorts or jeans! Easy to dress up or down! There are two super tiny coffee stains on this, but only on the ruffle portion, not on the body, and are hardly noticeable but worth mentioning. I did treat, and they lightened but didn’t come out.
