Waist approx. 15 inches across flat measured unstretched, plus has stretch. Front rise approx. 8.25 inches. Inseam approx. 2.25 inches, excluding fringe. Outside waist to bottom approx. 9.5 inches excluding fringe. Hem slightly higher back of side seams, pic 5. 92% cotton, 5% polyester, 3% spandex.
