nculpepper @dhollicing if you go to your purchases on the Poshmark app it should give you that info. it is showing that the package was delivered to your address when I click on it in the app. I can't get any other information on the package because it's showing the transaction as completed. you can feel free to contact Poshmark and the US Postal Service to see if they can tell you more.

nculpepper @dhollicing the Poshmark website should have the tracking information if you go to your purchased items tab it should give you all the info needed to track the package. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience but it was scanned by the US Postal service and was mailed with a Poshmark provided label.

nculpepper @dhollicing please look on the inner label of the boots and there is a genuine tag that clearly says "made by Uggs". they are a kind of Uggs called Muggys but they are in fact Uggs. If you are unhappy with your purchase, I'd be more than happy to refund your money and you can ship the boots back to me and I'll be happy to wear them proudly when the weather is cold enough to permit.
