Wildflowers dress size 8 girls ruffles, pockets, colorful!!

This I feel is still very wearable but there are some cosmetic issues. I have photographed them. I believe it happened when laundering. They aren’t noticeable to the eye unless you’re looking for them. Still lots of left in this adorable dress IMO! Nice high quality material. Lots of fun details.
