Wild fable blue and white floral set - SKIRT ONLY

I have both pieces to this set but they are in different sizes. I’m normally a s/m but because of the stretch in the fabric I fit into an xs top and m bottom. Originally from target. Perfect for warm weather, concerts, etc. This listing is for the SKIRT only.
