I just replaced the video with my friend. She has DDs and is in the Medium and in the bottom photo (little blurry sorry) my friend is in the XL. It all depends on your coverage you want. Either girl could size up or down dependent on if they want to show more or less. For a C I would recommend Large over XL. Unless you want to be covered more.
