Wild Honey teal halter dress-M

This is an adorable teal floral woven halter dress with full white lining, ruffle hem, open back & cross cross front hem in size medium. Brand new/never worn but no tags. It was too big(size 2/4 woman) but really wanted it but never fit slim enough.
