It will stay tucked in so no worries of it pulling up or out of any bottom choice. The fabric is line textured giving the appearance of bigger breasts and made of rayon and spandex that shows beautiful body curves. Very soft to touch and has an easy double snap crotch so you don't have to pull it off for restroom breaks. It's a small but the stretchy fabric definitely will fit a medium.
