Wild Fable black shorts

Scruffy on the leg ends of the shorts I’m guessing high rise is the same as high waisted Please know that I wear a size 8 and these felt smaller. I couldn’t wear them. I’m going to guess they’re a 6 but I can send measurements if there’s genuine interest
