Wild Fable Black (Acid Wash Designed) Flare Sleeve Ruffle Tunic Blouse (Size: M)

This tunic has is oversized with buttons down the center and a collar. It is not denim, but the fabric resembles the acid wash look. Peplum design with a ruffled bottom, and bell design at the bottom of each of the sleeves. It is in great condition!
