cckap @atxbackstitch do you think this would fit a 34B chest? Is the fabric stretchy?

atxbackstitch @cckap the fabric is not stretchy. The flat measurement of the bust is 15” making the full bust about 30”. I don’t think that is enough to accommodate a 34B bust fully buttoned; however, it could be worn slightly unbuttoned.
