The item in the photo is the exact item you will be receiving should you purchase, and is PRE OWNED unless specified as New With Tags (NWT) or New Without Tags (NWOT). Pre owned items are not always in perfect condition. I do my best to show all aspects of the item, accurately, through the photos that I take - this includes any damage or marks that I see. I do not have the games cases so they will be packed for shipping in the plastic bags pictured. All are used so they have light scratches on the back.
