Wide legged - high waisted - colorful pants

I LOVE these pants! ONLY WORN TWICE (maybe?) but I got a ton of compliments when I wore them. But I don't dress up often enough to use it. /: They are pull up with a tie in the front - does not tighten, just added for looks. I'm 5'1 110 lbs. I purchased them thinking I would wear 4inch heels with it. I have worn once before without heels & it was a little long, but still looked good. I may add a photo with me it on for a better visual.
