Wide leg cropped - Summer jumper🌺🌞

This ties around neck and has a back hidden zipper. Tag says small so I’d say it’s no bigger than a size 2. Can be dressed up or down for your selected outing. Cute and fun-took on vacation but never got around to wearing. Wide leg is cropped and is down past my calves just a little. I’m 5’5 for reference. Absolutely no stretch Non smoking and pet free home.
