Wide leg cargo jeans, size small, 28 waist

Super cute, flattering, heavy denim with cargo pockets. Wide leg. No stretch! Size small fits a 28 waist, but it’s SNUG. Item was called Inglenook wide leg denim cargo. I am a size 28 waist. The size small fits me, but these are too snug across my hips for my preference. (Would like to size up one but no longer available.) Looks fantastic with heels! I’ve worn them twice.
