Wide horn cuff with rhinestone accent

Wide cuff- I believe it is carved horn. Has a rhinestone accent that looks like a garnet but I am not sure if it is a gem or glass. Purchased at an antique store in Tucson,AZ. Only has one minor defect, pictured. Looks like a drop of glue on the side of the cuff. Could possibly be removed but does not detract from the piece. Otherwise excellent condition. Very pretty and unique!
