jvanderwork1488 @cristina_rosero I had been in contact with you via direct messages the entire time. so I am unclear on why you have been commenting as if you were left in the dark at anytime as my customer. it was the holidays and then the fires have been going on. I unfortunately have no control of USPS and the most I could have done is send out your purchase in a timely fashion. I'm sorry you feel that I could have done more.
