Wicked Witch (Wizard of Oz) Costume Size Small

Great for Halloween or upcoming Wicked movie release. Top and skirt are in two parts, making it easy to adjust for height. Used once, good condition. There is a little bit of green on the collar (from face paint). Note: green paint and broom not included.
