honeyashley Poshmark will only pay for your first 2 lbs. If your package is over 2lbs you can request a shipping label for a heavier package from posh and you pay $2 a lb extra or you can pay the post office which is more expensive. Some post offices are more strict on their weight..

accioshoes Was this on a trade? Because this is what I'm concerned about if we cancel our orders. I have a friend who says she always pays the Posh shipping on her trades so the post office doesn't charge her.

heavenb1 That happened because the posher printed out 2 of the same label. But we fixed it. I've traded a lot this way and it never cost me or the person I traded with @accioshoes

nikler Hi I happened to read this and this seller has TOTALLY misinformed you FYI. Don't EVER cancel your order after purchasing for a trade and then ship anyways. That's considered stealing from poshmark. And also i see she told you they pay for the first 2lbs. She has AGAIN misinformed you!! Every single sale or purchase on here ALL start w a 5 pound shipping allowance. Im sorry you were so misinformed by someone
