I've been on poshmark since November 2014. I have 404 positive transactions. I recently have been named as a scammer & I'd like to defend myself. On October 13th I purchased 1 pair JC maroon Litas.On October 17th I saw the same seller list a pair of mint JC Litas. She still had not shipped the first pair. I told her 2 labels. Received 1st box marked "Damaged by USPS" sides busted out. I canceled my other order.Wouldn't you? I had no idea she put both shoes in same box & one pair is missing.

nyelle21 I understand how u might not know if she put both in there. But since u canceled, she loses her money. That would stink if she really did put both items in there. But perhaps better communication on her part would have prevented the whole thing from happening in the first place.

linsneresque @nyelle21 yes. Exactly. I am still willing to work with her and postmark to see if she can file with USB or something. I had no idea she put them in 1 box. She commented that she did but i never received notification of that. I can provide screen shots of my posh news feed to prove that. Also, she is fibbing. I never asked that she ship in one box. See my comment aboce. Why would I if I paid double the shipping?

nyelle21 Yeah that's a little unfair if you paid for it to be shipped separately. This whole transaction should have been redone to prevent this exact situation from happening. I hate taking extra steps when I ship things but it's worth it in my mind!

linsneresque @nyelle21 YES!. Exactly. It's a shame, because we both lost out really when you think about it. As I said, I contacted posh (waiting to hear back) and I am willing to work with her. (I can't comment because she blocked me.) I am hoping that it all gets worked out.

linsneresque @nyelle21 that would be great. I just got a response from posh. They clearly do not understand the situation. I am trying to explain it the best i can. You have to think, I've had over 400 successful transactions here on posh. Why would I start scamming suddenly now? I am willing to believe that she put 2 shoes in 1 box. Why she isn't willing to believe that with the way that box arrived that 1 fell out? Hopefully we can come to a resolution.

nyelle21 Lol. I totally believe they could have fallen out. Or what's worse is someone took it out at the mail room. Believe it or not it does happen! I've seen boxes clearly looked through everything unwrapped and put back together sloppy. It's sad. Cause we trust to a certain degree our mail carriers when they probably are responsible for some of our missing items.

linsneresque @nyelle21 thank you! And thanks for trying to get her to reach out to me. She didn't tell posh the whole story though. No mention of the damaged box that I can tell. Oh believe me. I know people at the P.O. can be shifty. I am dealing with the P.O. right now. About another issue. A pair of new JC bots that the box arrived with no contents at all! It's crazy.

nyelle21 Oh no! I'm sorry. 😓What do people have to do duck tape the entire box? That's why I film everything I ship just in case it's ever needed. Either to protect myself as a seller or possibly help a buyer who has mailing issues. Well keep me in the loop. I hope it works out for the both of u!

linsneresque @nyelle21 filming is so smart! I would do it if I ever get a sale on here. (Haha) It protects you and provides the back up you need should things go a wry at the P.O. I swear, it does seem like you have to duct tape the entire box. Thank you again.

linsneresque @kjansy yes. It was horrible. I got postmark to take down her post about me being a "scammer" but I still was blocked and couldn't explain it to her. Truth be told, she wasn't the brightest bulb in the box. She barely sealed the HUGE box (1 piece of tape ) so I imagine that it busted open. I'm super careful now about bundles.

linsneresque @martinicloset well she put 2 pairs of boots (loose) in a box. And one busted the box sides loose and got lost. Although I paid shipping on each boot and it should have been shipped 1 per box. I canceled when I saw how the first pair showed up. Never knowing she sent 2 in 1 box..How is this a bad reflection on me? You should READ everything evidenced.

linsneresque @martinicloset so you cancelled my order, and blocked me simply because I asked if the boots were new or not? Your description was vague afterall (Super comfy) and I said that was fine... then you blocked me? I hope you can re think this very rash decision. I posted THIS issue because I was wrongly accused. I find it very sad indeed that after so many successful transactions on here that you are "wary" of me based on my post.

filthycoffin Hi I know you mean well. I know exactly when items are made. You’ve gotta put in key words to get things sold. I’ve got 90s listed on some of my items because that’s a key word and the style the clothes derive from. I deleted your comments. I’ve done fine selling my items with key words. Thank you.

linsneresque @jessxomariexo what? It's no big deal. And your money will only be held up by one day, which is only fair since I didn't get a chance to inspect and accept them. Please be reasonable here. USPS is no one's fault. Please don't be upset. It's a shame due to this you will no longer sell to me and blocked me. What would you have done? The same I am sure. They will be there tomorrow, probably perfect and I will accept.

linsneresque @jessxomariexo they arrived and they are perfect. So to be honest, you didn't get the payment delayed by more than 1 day. WHICH it isn't even delayed, because it would have been the standard 2 day wait time on posh anyway. (had I not accepted it and let it default into accepting it for me.) Do you really still want to block me? Let me know.

linsneresque @dkjewelry thanks so much! Yes, and she should also have packed the shoes better. Two pairs if shoes rllong loose in a box with minimal tape did not help her cause it all. They busted right through the box and one pair got lost.
