This is an amazing fully lined skirt by who what where. It is polyester and looks like chiffon. Has a side zip and button waist closure. The waist measures 16 and 1/4 inches. It is a long skirt and the length measures 33 in from waist to hem. This is a gorgeous basic neutral that every closet should have! I love this skirt with the gentle pleating. Bin 5-1067
