Who what wear Gingham maxi skirt with pockets

Reposhing this item I purchased from @freebirdlover. Didn't fit as I'd hoped, hoping to find it a new home! Size is 10, but please see measurements. Waist across is 15 inches with some stretch in back. Pockets and hook, zipper closure in back. Skirt does not have a liner. Has 2 loops to put a belt through, but the loops are threads and not very sturdy. Found small imperfections on bottom in front but you can barely see it especially when wearing it.
