Who What Wear Women’s dress. Sized small. Very flowy and beautiful. The sleeves have a good ruffled flowy-ness. Wraps around the waist with ties and has a small clip/clasp where the dress wraps around. Black base with purple polka dots. Silk feeling/like on the outside, but it’s 100% polyester. Used great condition.
