Who What Wear xs shirt blouse white

Super cute stylish top. Its like a t-shirt but with puffy sleeves like a blouse. This looks big for an xs i would think it would fit a small also. Please check measurements as it seems wider maybe and not so fitted. Cute button down neck gives you the option for a v-neck opening or button up for crewneck. Sleeves have polka dots.
