Who What Wear Sleeveless Button Dress

Size small, black sleeveless collared button dress. This is semi sheer, most likely would need/want a slip or to wear as a cover up. There is a spot for a belt but I don’t believe I have it anymore. Two small slots at the bottom, drapes nicely. 17” pit to pit, collar to hem 46.5”
