Who What Wear Mid-Length Striped Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @misshthrifts. Love the dress, but I own two of the identical item and need to make space in my closet, so am recirculating this one. I have not worn since purchasing. NOTE, dress has two belt loops on the sides and was originally sold with a belt. This one does not have its belt, but any black or white belt could be used, OR it could probably be worn beltless as the loops are very inconspicuous.
