NWOT Who What Wear Harper velvet sandal with 4.5” block heel. Crisscross upper portion with contrast stitching. PLEASE NOTE: These run small. My daughter wears an 11 and says they fit like a size 10. Also, please note that the bottom of sole (part you walk on) has a black mark on both shoes (see photo). Does not affect wear. S2
