Who What Wear Black Ruffle Dress

This is a beautiful, excellent quality, cotton Who What Wear dress. It is a summer style dress with feminine ruffles along the shoulder and down the front bust area. It is a midi length and has pockets! The bottom has a ruffle. Dress is brand new with tags, it did not fit me. I was hoping someday it would, but sadly, that ship has sailed. It has an invisible side zipper and a hook and eye closure. From armpit to bottom hem the dress measures 39 1/2 inches. Pit to pit measurement is 18 inches. This dress is so cute and so flattering! This comes from a smoke, free, pet free, scent free home.
