Whiting & Davis International evening bag. It measures 7.5 inches wide by 4.5 inches high. The inside tag states Made in China, so it is not vintage. Most likely it is mesh aluminum, not mesh brass. Still a very nice bag. No stains outside or the inside champagne satin lining.
