White bubble hem dress

White bubble hem dress with no tags except for “made in Italy”. It looks like a linen blend for the skirt/front, ribbed cotton on the back, and some sort of mesh at the front. A few stains pointed out in the last three photos. I have not tried to wash it but they might come out. This was my mom’s and she doesn’t remember where she got it or anything about it, but she’s a petite small so it’s likely a loose fitting small.
