White/Blue Western Off-The-Shoulder Dress with Adjustable Straps Size M

This is a western white dress with blue detailing. It has an elastic around the top with ruffles so it can be worn off-the-shoulder, in addition to adjustable straps. There is also elastic around the waist. No zipper. It is double-lined (see last photo). Material is soft and is supposed to be worn, crinkled. Accessorize with a belt and boots for a fun western look! 🤠 From shoulder strap to the end of the dress it’s about 34-35”. From pit to pit it’s about 16” (but this was taken not fully stretched out).
