White/Black shirt size M

White 100 % poly shirt with black attached looking vest. The vest is attached at shoulders and hangs loose over the shirt. Black collar with wire to hold shape or turn collar up & white along edges ( see photo) Black cuffs can be left down or folded up. The also have wires that hold shape & white edges . Buttons are white with black swirl. Shoulder measure 16 inches across. Length is 29 inches. Sleeves are12 inches folded or 14 inches open. Hand wash and hang to dry. Like new
